Permission to use any of our work outside this site can be requested in writing, and is granted only in writing.
Nothing is sold through this website. Enquiries made through the contact form are requests for a conversation, not orders, and no contract is formed by submitting one. Pricing, scope, schedule, deliverables, payment terms and cancellation terms for any piece of work are agreed separately in writing before that work begins. Where those written project terms and these Terms of Use disagree, the written project terms take precedence.
Ownership of, and usage rights in, work we produce for a client are set out in the written agreement for that project. Unless that agreement says otherwise, Artisan Studios retains the right to show completed work in its own portfolio, showreel and social channels. If a project is confidential, tell us before it starts and we will agree that in writing.

Artisan Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
